April 2007 — A feature article on Alive author Michelle McKinney Hammond appeared on the front page of the April 20 Chicago Tribune. Hammond, whose self-help books have sold more than a million copies, was kicking off her annual “Diva Principle Conference,” which uses the acronym DIVA to mean “divine inspiration for victorious attitude.”
According to the Tribune, “Hammond dispenses her lessons on life and love with a blend of scripture and sister-girl sentiment that has propelled her to best-seller status.”
The conference was held April 20-22 at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place in Chicago. Hammond is represented by Alive Communications’ Beth Jusino. To read the article, click here.
