Mark Herringshaw, Ph.D. is a leader, pastor, sought-after teacher and spiritual life coach who currently serves as teaching pastor at North Heights Lutheran Church in St. Paul, Minnesota.

He is committed to helping people turn information into transformation. By leveraging the crafts of storytelling, Biblical scholarship, and scientific research he creatively engages topics such as spiritual disciplines, relationships, and conflict resolution. As the founder and director of eEmbassy, he continues to develop new models for creative communication. Mark has published more than seventy-five articles and is a frequent conference speaker as well as a seminary professor at Master’s Institute in St. Paul where he has developed courses on prayer and communication.

A native of Santa Cruz, California, Mark graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a B.A. in English and Biblical studies. He also holds a Ph.D. in leadership from Regent University. Mark and his wife Jill have four children, Emily, Elisabeth, Matthew, and Michael.
