Randy Singer is the author of five novels, one novella and three non-fiction books. His first novel, Directed Verdict, won the 2003 Christy Award for best suspense novel.

A former trial lawyer, Randy teaches at Regent Law School (where he is also Chairman of the Board of Visitors) and serves on the Board of Legal Advisors for the American Center for Law and Justice, a public interest firm that defends religious freedom. He also hosts a live weekly radio show on Sirius satellite Channel 159 called Cross Examination. The show explores the hottest legal issues of the week from a Christian worldview. A sought-after speaker who routinely delivers more than a hundred speeches/sermons per year, Randy is comfortable in a variety of settings – from Sunday morning church to college-age conferences to gatherings of skeptical lawyers.

Randy also serves on the Board of the Christian Legal Society, a nationwide organization of Christian lawyers, and consults with several radio and television ministries.

Randy received his undergraduate degree from Houghton College and his law degree from William and Mary, graduating second in his class. He is married to Rhonda and has two college age children, Rosalyn and Joshua.
