A native of the Texas panhandle, Susan Wales is the author of several best-selling nonfiction books including Standing on the Promises and Faith in God and Generals.
Susan Wales, her husband, acclaimed filmmaker Ken Wales and Ted Baehr of MOVIEGUIDE® teamed up to create The Amazing Grace of Freedom, a unique book about the enduring legacy and powerful faith of William Wilberforce.

Wilberforce was a man of strong faith and morals who helped lead the fight to abolish slavery in Great Britain. His story was featured in the film 2007 “Amazing Grace.”
